The conference is organized by :

The University of Bejaia, through the LRHAE laboratory. It is a public and pluridisciplinary institution that was established on October 1983. Currently, it has more than 45 700 students, 1714 teachers and 1227 administrative and technical staff spread on 08 faculties: Faculty of Technology - Faculty of Exact Sciences – Faculty of law and Political Sciences – Natural and Life Sciences- Faculty of Literature and Languages- Human and Social Sciences- Economic Sciences, Management and Commercial Sciences- Medical Sciences. 

The University of Caen Normandy, through the LUSAC laboratory. It is a public and pluridisciplinary institution that was founded in 1432. It is one of the oldest French universities. Currently, it has more than 33,000 students and about 2750 teachers, administrative and technical staff, spread on 12 departments (UFR, schools, institutes). It offers recognized diplomas, with courses ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+8. It houses 41 research units, 21 of which are accredited by major research organizations (CNRS, INRAE, INSERM, CEA).
